90 LEADS · YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated and effective: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 90 Leads, operated by Richard Bradley (“90 Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, retains, and discloses personal information through 90leads.com, our inquiry forms, our website chat, and related communications about our services. We offer marketing services to businesses in the United States.
Our mailing address is 432 11th St Apt 10, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact sales@90leads.com or 888-541-3225.
This policy concerns our own website and business inquiries. It does not replace a client’s privacy notice for the client’s website, customers, or campaigns. When we process information on a client’s behalf, the relevant client agreement and applicable processing requirements also govern that work.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you submit an inquiry, request a growth plan or consultation, communicate with us, or use the chat widget. Depending on how you contact us, this can include your name, business or company name, email address, telephone number, industry, website, service area, the contents of your inquiry, and other business information you choose to provide.
Our website uses Fluent Forms within WordPress to receive inquiries. Inquiries are also sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Form and website systems can associate a submission with its date, source page, browser information, and technical information such as an IP address. Submissions and related follow-up communications become part of our lead or client records.
When you visit the site, website, analytics, security, and chat systems can receive information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed, referral or campaign information, and interactions with the site. Our Google Analytics setup measures website activity, successful form submissions, and clicks on telephone links. A telephone-link click is not evidence that a call connected, and the website does not record a call merely because a visitor clicks that link.
If you use chat, the chat provider can receive the information you type, the chat transcript, and technical and session information. The embedded chat service can also collect visitor and session information when its widget loads, before you start a conversation.
Please do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, health information, or other sensitive information into an inquiry or chat. These channels are intended for business-marketing inquiries, not sensitive records.
2. How we use and disclose information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, arrange and follow up on conversations, understand your business’s marketing needs, manage lead and client relationships, provide requested services, measure website and marketing performance, maintain and protect our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing contact information is voluntary, but we may not be able to respond or arrange a requested service without it.
Information is disclosed to the providers involved in those activities, including website hosting and WordPress infrastructure, form processing and CRM systems, email and communications services, Google Analytics, and tawk.to chat. The information a provider receives depends on its role; for example, an inquiry can be stored in WordPress and our CRM, while chat information is processed through the chat service. Installing a WordPress form plugin does not mean that every submission is sent to that plugin developer.
Our advertising-audience uses are described separately below. Certain platform processing is also governed by the platform’s own privacy notice and our settings and agreements with it.
We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or address security incidents. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, information may be part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
3. Cookies, Google Analytics, and chat
Cookies and similar technologies support site operation, security, chat sessions, and measurement. Technologies on the site include cookies or storage used by WordPress and related tools, Google Analytics 4, and tawk.to. Their duration and behavior depend on the provider, the site’s configuration, and your browser settings.
Google Analytics. Google receives information about visits and interactions and uses identifiers and technical information to provide analytics. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
Chat. The tawk.to widget uses cookies and storage to manage visitor and chat sessions and can track activity associated with the widget. Review the tawk.to Privacy Policy and its cookie information. You can contact us by email or telephone instead of using chat, although choosing not to open the widget does not necessarily stop information collection when the widget loads.
Browser choices. You can use your browser settings to block, delete, or restrict cookies and use available tracking-protection tools. These choices may affect chat or other site features. Deleting cookies does not itself delete inquiry records in our CRM or remove information previously supplied to an advertising platform.
Do Not Track. Our current site does not automatically change its ordinary processing in response to traditional browser Do Not Track signals. Global Privacy Control and legally recognized sale/sharing opt-out signals are different from traditional Do Not Track. Where applicable law requires a business to recognize those signals, that obligation is not replaced by the email request method below.
Third-party services, including analytics and advertising platforms, may collect or associate information about online activity over time and across different websites, depending on the service and configuration, and may combine it with other information they hold. Their handling is subject to their settings, terms, and applicable law. This policy is a notice about our practices; reading it or continuing to browse is not, by itself, consent to cookies or advertising where affirmative consent is required.
4. Google and Meta advertising audiences
We do not sell your contact information for money. We may, however, provide contact information collected directly from you, such as an email address or telephone number, to Google or Meta for customer-list audience matching and advertising for 90 Leads. Platforms can match the information to their users so that we can reach relevant audiences, measure or improve our advertising, or exclude an audience from a campaign, as permitted by the relevant platform’s settings and rules.
Where a platform uses hashed identifiers for matching, hashing does not make that information anonymous: the purpose is to match it with information the platform holds. Customer-list advertising is different from sending the text of your inquiry to ordinary website-analytics events.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, providing information to an advertising platform can constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information. Our statement about not selling contact information for money does not mean that these advertising disclosures never fall within those legal definitions.
You can request that we do not use your contact information for customer-list advertising. Use the methods in Privacy choices and requests. Such a request concerns our use and disclosure of your information; it does not stop all advertisements, affect every advertiser, or automatically change your Google or Meta account settings.
Customer-list use is subject to your applicable choices, the platform’s rules, and any consent required by law. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation is not, by itself, affirmative consent for advertising uses that require separate consent. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for those platforms’ practices and account controls.
5. How long information is kept
Non-client lead records are kept for one year. If a lead becomes a client, the lead and related information become part of the client relationship and are not automatically deleted at the one-year point.
The retention of client records and other information, including chat transcripts, website logs, and analytics records, depends on the purpose of the record, the applicable system’s settings, the duration of the relationship, and any legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related need to retain it. These categories do not all necessarily have the same one-year retention period.
Information may need to be kept longer when applicable law requires or permits it, including to resolve a dispute or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. A deletion request is considered subject to those requirements and any applicable exceptions. Contact us if you need information about the retention of a particular record.
6. Privacy choices and requests
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To request that we stop using or disclosing your information for customer-list advertising, email sales@90leads.com with the subject “Privacy request — Advertising opt-out”, call 888-541-3225, or write to the address below. You may make this request even if you are unsure whether a particular privacy law applies.
Include the email address or telephone number you previously gave us so we can locate the relevant contact record. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information with a routine advertising opt-out request.
For a request to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to obtain a copy where applicable, use the same contact methods and describe your request. You can also ask us to stop direct marketing communications. Where an email includes an unsubscribe option, you may use it; necessary service or legal communications may still be sent.

We may need to verify identity for access, correction, or deletion requests to avoid disclosing or changing someone else’s information. Verification will be proportionate to the request and applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may require appropriate evidence of the agent’s authority. We do not require an identity-verification process for an advertising opt-out beyond what is reasonably needed to locate the relevant record and apply the request.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception or permitted extension. Requests are generally free of charge; a fee or refusal is considered only where applicable law permits it. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, email sales@90leads.com with the subject “Privacy appeal” and identify the request. We will provide the response and any further complaint options required by the applicable law. You may also contact your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on your state, the nature of your interaction with us, and whether the relevant law applies to our business, you may have rights to know about or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, and opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights concerning certain sensitive-information uses or profiling used for legally significant decisions. These rights have statutory conditions and exceptions.
California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, its rights include access/knowledge, deletion, correction, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and non-discrimination. Use the request methods above. For information about California’s rights and recognized opt-out signals, visit the California Privacy Protection Agency’s consumer information.
The categories relevant to this site’s practices are identifiers and contact details; business and customer-record information you provide; internet, device, and site-interaction information; and inquiry or chat communications. Their sources are you and the technologies used when you interact with us. They are used for the purposes in this policy and disclosed to the provider categories described above; contact identifiers may also be supplied to Google or Meta for the advertising uses described in Section 4.
California residents may also ask about disclosures covered by California’s “Shine the Light” law, where that law applies, by contacting us and identifying the request as “California Privacy Rights.”
8. Security, children, and other information
Security. No website, electronic communication, or storage system is completely secure. Security measures can reduce risk but cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, accessed, or disclosed without authorization. Avoid sending sensitive information through public inquiry or chat channels.
Children. Our services and website are intended for adult business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by applicable law. Our business-marketing audiences are not intended to target children.
Location and third parties. We are based in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, which may have different privacy protections. Our services are offered to businesses in the United States. Links to third-party websites and platforms do not mean that this policy governs their independent practices.
Changes. We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide any additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. A policy update does not, by itself, authorize a new use that requires separate consent. Please review this page periodically.
Contact. Questions about this policy or our handling of information can be sent to sales@90leads.com, by telephone to 888-541-3225, or by mail to our address in Section 6.
